Ductile and Gray Iron Casting Solutions
In our foundry, which is the heart of MGM Döküm’s production, the most metallurgically challenging parts come to life in high-capacity induction furnaces. Our ductile iron (nodular iron) and gray iron casting processes are monitored by digital control systems to ensure the graphite formation within the material's internal structure is maintained at the most ideal level.
What are the advantages of ductile iron casting? Ductile cast iron offers mechanical properties close to cast steel due to its high tensile strength and impact resistance, while providing significant advantages in terms of castability. As MGM, we provide high-strength ductile iron solutions for front axles, hubs, and gearbox housings, which are of critical importance especially for the Agricultural and Farming Machinery sector.

Machining and CNC Machining
The transformation of castings into high-quality OEM products takes place at our modern machining facility in Başkent OSB. Our massive fleet of 75 CNC machines allows us to process even the most complex parts with micron-level tolerances.
What are MGM Döküm's machining capabilities?
Our CNC machining centers are equipped with horizontal and vertical processing capabilities. Precision bearing seats, sealing surfaces, and gear housings for components like Axle and Drivetrain Parts are processed with a zero-error target using our CMM-supported measurement systems. This process extends the lifespan of the components while providing "plug-and-play" convenience for assembly lines in the Automotive and Heavy Commercial Vehicles sector.

Heat Treatment
