MGM Casting operates from two modern facilities in Ankara: Başkent OSB and Saray/Kazan. With over 10,000 tons of annual casting capacity and a CNC machine park of 75 units, we produce parts listed in the Product Overview in an integrated “from casting to finished product” process.

Within the framework of our 2026 vision, we have implemented systems in our induction furnaces that increase energy efficiency by 20%. Following our Green Casting principles, we recycle 98% of waste sand and fully comply with ESG criteria in line with our Corporate Overview principles.

The molds and patterns produced on behalf of our customers are stored in insured, climate-controlled storage areas at MGM facilities. Periodic maintenance of all molds is carried out by MGM free of charge, in accordance with the agreement with the customer.
