The ISO 9001:2015 system we apply in our industrial parts manufacturing processes is a continuous improvement cycle centered on customer satisfaction. • Input Quality Control: By using only certified pig iron (raw iron) and high-quality alloys in raw material sourcing, we eliminate the risk of errors at the very beginning of the process.

• Process Control: In critical stages such as heat treatment , welding and special processes , we digitally monitor robotic welding precision and annealing furnace service parameters.

• Final Inspection: Every part, once production is complete, will not be shipped until it fully complies with the technical specifications set by our Engineering & R&D team.

How is the homologation process managed?

Our Engineering & R&D department handles all the necessary legal and technical procedures for Type Approval and Homologation approvals for the products we develop. For example, when we launched our swivel hook tow hitch product under our own brand, we completed all safety tests and type approvals in-house. This expertise provides MGM with a global passport of trust in exports to European countries (Italy, Belgium, etc.) and India.

In our metal casting operations in Ankara, raw material quality is the most critical factor determining the lifespan of the final product. For our ductile iron and grey cast iron solutions, we conduct periodic metallurgical analyses.

• Spheroidal Cast Iron Quality: The nodular structure and tensile strength of spheroidal cast iron materials used in the production of safety components are tested in a laboratory environment.

• Heat Treatment Verification: The hardness depths and surface qualities of parts that have undergone metal annealing and induction grinding processes are verified through microscopic examination.

1- What quality certificates can you provide for MGM Casting products?

We provide quality reports and material certificates compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards for all parts we manufacture. We also have homologation and type approval certificates for our own designed products.

2. How are precise measurements of the parts taken after casting?

At our Başkent Organized Industrial Zone facility, we use precision CMM 3D measuring devices to check and report, with micron accuracy, the exact conformity of parts to the nominal values in their design files (CAD).

3. Can you supply products with special certifications?

Yes. We can supply products that have undergone specific testing for safety components according to our customers' requirements, and are designed and approved as "tailor-made" products through our engineering services.

Our facilities utilize high-standard pig iron, ductile cast iron, and various steel alloys. Each batch of raw material undergoes incoming quality control before being incorporated into production.
